These Terms govern the use of the SFC Intelligence platform at intel.custosglobal.com ("Platform") provided by S.F. Custos Global Reach Ltd ("SFC", "we"). By creating an account you accept these Terms.
1.2 The Platform is offered exclusively to businesses and organisations (including public authorities, NGOs and similar bodies) and to individuals acting in their trade, business, craft or profession, for example journalists, analysts, consultants or other experts acting in a professional capacity ("Professional Users"). The Platform is not offered to consumers. No contracts are concluded with consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB or comparable EU consumer law. 1.3 Users must be at least 18 years old.
2.1 The Platform provides security-related information products, in particular country and city assessments, weekly analyses, special assessments, and a map of reported incidents ("Content").
2.2 Content is produced from open sources with the assistance of artificial intelligence and, where stated, reviewed by an analyst. The scope of each product is described on the Platform at the time of use.
2.3 We may change, extend or discontinue individual features where this is reasonable for you, in particular to improve quality or to comply with legal requirements.
3.1 Access is granted at our discretion to professionals and organisations. We may refuse or revoke access without stating reasons, in particular if we have reason to believe that the Platform is being used for unlawful purposes or by persons other than the account holder.
3.2 You must keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared unless your plan expressly includes multiple users.
3.3 When registering, you confirm and warrant that you use the Platform exclusively for professional purposes or on behalf of an organisation, that you are not acting as a consumer, and that you are at least 18 years old. 3.4 We may verify these statements at any time, in particular by requesting information about your profession, employer or organisation. If a statement proves to be incorrect, or if you do not cooperate with a reasonable verification request, we may suspend or close your account with immediate effect. 4.1 Content is a decision-support tool. It reflects an assessment based on the information available to us at the time of production. Security situations can change rapidly; Content may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect.
4.2 Content does not replace your own risk assessment, official travel advice of your government, or professional legal, medical, insurance or security advice for your specific situation.
4.3 You remain solely responsible for decisions you take, including decisions about travel, movement, deployment of personnel and protective measures.
4.4 In an emergency, contact local emergency services and your embassy or consulate. The Platform is not an emergency or alerting service unless expressly agreed in writing.
5.1 You may use Content for your own internal purposes and those of your organisation.
5.2 You may not resell, publish, systematically copy or make Content available to third parties, or use it to train AI models, without our prior written consent. Short quotations with attribution are permitted.
5.3 You may not attempt to circumvent access controls, overload the Platform, or access it by automated means except through an interface we provide for that purpose.

6.1 Fees, billing periods and included services are shown on the Platform at the time of ordering.

6.3 Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at the end of each billing period.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.
8.1 We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health caused by our negligence, and where liability cannot be excluded by law.
8.2 In all other cases, our liability for slight negligence is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to the damage typically foreseeable at the time of contract conclusion; it is capped at the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event [KLÄREN: bei kostenlosen Zugängen Höchstbetrag].
8.3 We are not liable for decisions you or third parties take on the basis of Content, or for the accuracy of third-party sources cited in Content, except as provided in 8.1.

All rights in the Platform and Content remain with SFC or its licensors. Sources cited in Content remain the property of their respective owners.
10.1 Free accounts can be closed by either party at any time.
10.2 Paid subscriptions: see 6.3. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
10.3 After termination, access ends. We delete account data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
As the Platform is offered exclusively to Professional Users (see 1.2), statutory consumer rights, in particular the consumer right of withdrawal, do not apply. [KLÄREN: Formulierung anwaltlich prüfen lassen.]
We may amend these Terms with effect for the future. We will inform you at least 30 days in advance by email; if you do not object before the effective date, the amended Terms apply. We will point out this consequence in the notice.
